What you'll do
Manage clients and provide support on tax matters
- Learn to administer tax functions, including to complete basic annual reports, rate projections, rate verifications, joint account analysis and system updates
- Communicate with clients and state agencies
- Confirm client information to update systems
- Assist with projects related to client accounts
- Learn to utilize EFX tools, processes and procedures
What experience you need
HS Diploma or GED
Customer Service/clerical experience
What could set you apart
Understanding of PC functions and ability to learn/understand internal technology/systems.
Experience with Google Suite
Experience within an office environment
Excellent verbal and written communication
This role is a seasonal position working 20/hrs. a week split between 3 - 4 days. The business is flexible as to which days.
